RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The security tag enclosed with the returned articles must not be cut or damaged. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of wearing.
Each item must be returned with all its tags, packaging and original accessories (dustbags, hangers, covers etc.). All shoes and accessories must be returned within their original packaging, which is considered part of the product and must not be damaged.
Reasons for returning items:

•  Faulty items and/or Right of withdrawal/return

SIZE CHANGE:
In case your item is the wrong size, please put back the item into the packaging and close it as it was at the moment of delivery, following the norms mentioned above.
-Fill in the form “Change/return form”
-It’s important to arrange the new size calling us on 0039-0825-534049 or sending us an email, before proceeding with a new delivery.

All returned items are inspected by VERAPELLESTORE.COM in order to fulfill all the parameters indicated in the Return policy terms and conditions.
WARNING: No charges apply to the delivery of the items returned to our warehouse and the shipping of the new item is free of charge: for this reason, shipping of the new item will be made in conjunction with the withdrawal of the old item.


FAULTY ITEMS/RETURN
It’s important to communicate the will to return an item by calling on 0039-0825-534049 or by sending us an email, before proceeding with the shipping. We also request to fill in the “Change/return form” contained in the package.

Conditions:
- VERAPELLESTORE reserves the right to ask for photographic evidence of faulty items before covering expenses for the shipping of the item back to its warehouse.

- All returned items will be inspected by VERAPELLESTORE and must respect all the parameters indicated in the “Conditions of change”. VERAPELLESTORE reserves the right to charge the customer 10% of the items value should the returned item be non-conforming to our terms and conditions policy.

- VERAPELLESTORE reserves the right to refuse the return of items which haven’t been authorized or have been shipped with couriers not working for VERAPELLESTORE. Accepting such returns will result in an additional charge (10% of the returned item’s value)

- Return of items with refund are regulated by the italian law for mail or telephone order selling: for this reason you have the right to return the purchased items within 10 days from the delivery of the goods. This case is also regulated by the Change/return policy.


DELIVERY OF GOODS
When ordering items, customers set up a commercial relationship with VERAPELLESTORE.COM and accept the delivery of the packaging. If for any reason the customer refuses the delivery or requests it to be returned to the sender, any shipping cost charged to VERAPELLESTORE.COM, will be taken off the refund due to the customer.

Pick-up of the delivery
At the moment of goods delivery, customers are kindly requested to carefully check the package before signing the receipt to the courier. VERAPELLESTORE.COM packages are accurately wrapped in a transparent plastic bag, sealed with our special packing tape.
Should the package appear to have been tampered with or should the tape appear to be damaged, customers are kindly requested to immediately report to the local courier office and contact us at: assistenza@VERAPELLESTORE.COM
If the goods are not successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer in the contract, the package might be returned to us at the customer’s expenses. Such charges will be taken off any potential refund due to the customer from VERAPELLESTORE.COM.
