It is important to communicate the return by phone or email before proceeding with the shipment and to complete the exchange/return request according to the instructions provided by VERAPELLE STORE.
In the event of defective or non-conforming goods, VERAPELLE STORE reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, the return will be managed in accordance with applicable law.
The consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with VERAPELLE STORE without any penalty and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the products purchased on www.verapellestore.com were received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer can use the dedicated online procedure by clicking here.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, VERAPELLE STORE will refund the payments received for the returned products, including any standard initial delivery costs, except for any duties, local taxes, customs charges, supplements paid for express shipping, gift wrapping or other ancillary services chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase.
The direct cost of return shipping to our warehouses remains the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing with VERAPELLE STORE. The Customer is fully responsible for the return shipment and, for this reason, VERAPELLE STORE recommends using a tracked shipping service.
The refund will be made after receipt of the returned goods and after verification of the integrity of the products. VERAPELLE STORE may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the Customer has provided evidence of having sent them back.
All products returned without labels, with labels removed, with the security tag cut or broken, used, washed, altered, incomplete or without the accessories and/or original packaging received with the order may not be refunded, or may result in a reduction of the refund in proportion to the decrease in value of the goods.
Customers with an account must submit the return request from the dedicated section within their personal account area. Customers who do not have an account may contact VERAPELLE STORE at support@verapellestore.com to receive assistance with the return procedure.
VERAPELLE STORE also provides a commercial return policy within no more than thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after the statutory withdrawal period may be accepted according to VERAPELLE STORE’s commercial conditions.
In the case of voluntary commercial returns requested after the statutory withdrawal period and in any case within thirty (30) days from delivery, VERAPELLE STORE reserves the right to apply a restocking deduction of up to 20% of the value of the returned goods, or to issue the refund in the form of store credit, within the limits permitted by applicable law. This provision does not in any way limit the mandatory rights granted to the consumer Customer by current legislation.
VERAPELLE STORE reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, returns shipped without prior notice, or returns shipped in a manner that does not comply with the instructions provided. The possible acceptance of such unauthorized returns may result in the charging of direct and documented costs incurred for managing the return, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
In the case of a free return expressly authorized by VERAPELLE STORE, a prepaid label will be provided. If the Customer uses a different label or a different courier without authorization, the related return shipping cost will not be refunded. Only one prepaid label is provided per order, unless otherwise communicated in writing.
If the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal or request a return after the order has already been handed over to the courier, the Customer must accept the parcel and then proceed with the normal return request. In this case, the direct cost of return shipping to our warehouses remains the responsibility of the Customer.
If the Customer refuses delivery of a parcel that has already been handed over to the courier, for reasons not related to evident damage or tampering with the parcel, the shipment may be returned to sender through the procedure provided by the courier. In this case, any direct and documented costs charged to VERAPELLE STORE by the courier as a consequence of the refusal of delivery, including return-to-sender costs, storage fees, handling fees, surcharges, customs charges, administrative costs or other documented logistics costs, may be deducted from any refund due to the Customer, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
